The Minister of State, FCT, Hajia Ramatu Tijani Aliyu has described the death of Hon. John Abah, a member of the Kogi State House of Assembly as shocking, painful and unfortunate.
Hon. John Abah, till his death represented Ibaji state constituency at the Kogi State House of Assembly.
Receiving the news of his death today, Hajia Ramatu Tijani Aliyu in a statement she personally signed and made available to Newsmen in Lokoja, described the deceased as a humble, industrious and gentle personality, saying that he would be greatly missed by friends, family, colleagues and the entire people of Ibaji.
She said Hon. Abah lived a life of service, though not long enough, until he answered God’s call.
The Minister also condoled with the leadership of Kogi State Government, State Assembly, the State APC EXCO, Ejule ward executive and the entire people of Ibaji over the unfortunate incident.
She prayed God to forgive late Abah his shortcomings and grant his family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
