—As Usman Ibrahim replaces Danladi Adamu

Kogi State Chairman of Nigerian Motorcycle Transport Union, comrade Gimba Ibrahim has Wednesday 20,June 2020 inaugurated Eleven members caretaker committee to run the affairs of Lokoja Branch of the Union.
The inauguration which took place at the Union state Secretariat was witnessed by state executives and outgoing Lokoja Local Government Branch executives of the Union.
Gimba while speaking said that the caretakers would serve for some after which election would be conducted days as enshrined in the Constitution of the Union. .
In another development,Comrade Danladi Adamu who was recently appointment as the caretaker Committee Chairman has been dropped and replace with comrade Usman Ibrahim who would serve as the caretaker Committee Chairman,this change according to Gimba, was due to the advised by the stakeholders that a neutral member who is aspiring to led the committee.
He said:” comrade Danladi and comrade Baba Aliyu Musa has been dropped,a neutral member is appointed as the caretaker Chairman,this is to allow peace to reign.
As aspirants Danladi and Baba have to go back to the union members to seek for their mandate,the change affected comrade Danladi Adamu,as Annas Upahi still remains the Secretary” he said
.
